Your recruiter has discussed with you which Covenant Orientation you will be attending: Chattanooga (TN), Hutchins (TX), or Pomona (CA). Choose the location where you will be attending orientation, and print or write down that information should you need it en route. Directions: I-24E, Exit 174, turn left or I-24W, Exit 174, turn right.

If arriving by bus, watch for the Covenant shuttle van arriving every two hours. After 7:00 p.m., call 800-721-5202, Ext. 3211 or 3212 for transportation to the Covenant Transport Training and Orientation Center, or call the Training Center directly at
423-821-3531.

All graduates (excluding Refreshers), please arrive the Sunday evening before orientation begins on Monday.

If arriving by Greyhound bus between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., call the Grande Hotel, 972-224-9100, and request a shuttle pickup. If arriving before or after those hours, call the orientation instructor Lynn Baine at 417-529-8644, or use a cab and bring the cab fare receipt with you to orientation for reimbursement.
